Understanding decision fatigue

What do your lunchbox and effective decision making have in common ?

They both get depleted as the day goes on. This short video will take you through how to better manage decision fatigue. In doing so, you are then better able to be intentional in your choices, throughout your day!

If you don't have time for the video - here are 3 simple approaches, you can start straight away!

1. Make the simple choices ahead of time so that you don't empty the lunch box on trying on different outfits, for example.

2. Plan your day, early in the morning when your 'lunchbox' is full. Start with what the priorities are for the day.

3. Use habit stacking to build in simple reminders throughout the day. That way you don't have to waste energy on trying to remember them. An example of this is putting your vitamins next to your toothbrush.
