1. Make the simple choices ahead of time so that you don't empty the lunch box on trying on different outfits, for example.
2. Plan your day, early in the morning when your 'lunchbox' is full. Start with what the priorities are for the day.
3. Use habit stacking to build in simple reminders throughout the day. That way you don't have to waste energy on trying to remember them. An example of this is putting your vitamins next to your toothbrush.
