Why celebrating the small wins is key to success.

How many times have you set a goal and started to work toward it, only to give up because it wasn’t happening quick enough?

Break your goals down into smaller, measurable milestones. With each achievement, pause and acknowledge this progress - and ideally, celebrate it.

This will not only keep you moving toward the end goal but you’ll also learn to enjoy the process because the brain loves progress.

P.S. Look out for my awkwardness at around the 1:50 mark .
